Forgot to air seal before installing Roxul batt insulation

I just installed roxul comfort batts in the single exterior wall in my kitchen not knowing that I should have air sealed the wall cavity with Great Stuff.

Should I go back and air seal? I read somewhere that Roxul is dense and relatively airy tight compared to fiberglass.

I roughed up the edges of the batts a little when I was installing, so I'm worried that pulling it out and reinstalling may decrease the R value.

Unless you literally have holes through the wall you will be fine.

air sealing bath fan in attic

Just put in a new bath fan going into my attic and i ran it thru the roof and put insulated 6 inch duct. I've built a small box 'around' the fan and air sealed the box and was about to place the top/lid on this box when it occurred to me that 'perhaps' it might not be best. The fan mfg says it's OK to place insulation over the fan as it produces low amounts of heat. BUTTTT, insulation over the fan would allow that "small" amount of heat to dissipate. If I seal in the box then will that trapped heat be a problem. What are the thoughts of you people "out there""

Blew in cellulose insulation but used block plate

I blew in a total of 60 bags of cellulose insulation from Lowe's and used the predator 2. Blew in fine but I just realized it said in some instructions I found not to use the block plate? Is this going to cause issues with my installation? I still used the same amount of product as it suggested by the bag Sq ft. Thanks Adam
