Roxul Wool and Sound Barriers

I'm insulating 2x4 basement walls and need to use unfaced R13-R15. I have a few questions:

Is there any advantage to the Roxul Wool vs. fiberglass that would justify the additional cost?

When fiberglass insulation states, "With Sound Barrier," what exactly is the sound barrier? What does this insulation contain that non-sound barrier insulation does not? Would this sound barrier be something that would promote mold growth?

Thanks!

Roxul, in my book, beats Fiberglas hands down, regardless of cost. It is vermin proof, waterproof, fireproof, mold resistant, increases your insulative value from R13 to R15 in a 2x4 wall, needs no vapor barrier, and is a far better sound deadener than Fiberglas due to it's density. It is even sold under the name "Safe and Sound".
