Seams in xps

What is the best way for sealing seams in xps. Spray foam or tape?
What tape will stick to the dow blue? I have heard tyvek but others said it fell off.

Thanks

Dow Weathermate tape. The wider the better.

Spray foam seams

I put up 2in xps layer vertically, seams stagered tounge and groove. I then foamed these seams with great stuff. I then applied 1 in xps vertically stagered seams. I still have some cans of foam around, can I just run a line down each seam instead of the tape?

Should be OK. You just want to stop any air flow through the seam.
