Insulating a concrete roof

Hi I want to insulate my roof. It's concrete roof, so there is neither wooden rafters nor air vents. How can I insulate it while making sure moisture doesn't build up?

Welcome to the forums.

Without seeing anything, I'm thinking spray foam. Can you provide some pictures?

Also fill in your profile. We don't know where you are located. Since this is primarily a North American forum, it helps us to know where you are if not here. Concrete roofs are not the norm, but not out of the realm of possibilty.
