On Sat. the pipes to my cooler busted and flooded my attic. My attic is filled with a gray fluffy insulation. The water traveled through my walls and came up into my carpet. The sheet rock in my ceiling was soaked and by Sun. afternoon a 6x8 ft section collapsed into my dining room. My room was filled with debri including insulation. Is there any risk for my family because of the insulation being soaked up by my carpet. What about the walls? any feedback or comments would be appreciated. I have to advocate for myself and my family to the insurance company and I don't have much knowledge. Thanks [email protected]

Sounds like a legitimate claim to me. Full coverage repair for damages.

No risk.
