Insulating Foam Board (Cancer?)

Insulating Foam Board (Cancer?)
I have built a gym in my garage in the past year. I didn't want to paint the walls in the garage because why? I am lazy and don't like priming & painting. Drywall is still bare in the garage. I have bought Insulating Foam Board and placed it on the walls, with the reflective side facing me. Plus, this is a cheaper solution than to buy primer and paint.
In general, insulation in the attic can cause health issues to the lungs, especially the fiberglass strands. Will these foam boards be hazardous containing some type of cancer agent that I may not know about? Just checking to make sure.

Well in comparison to that board which is $9 for coverage of 48x96 inches, a quart of Lowes Varspar primer and paint if I remember correctly is about $15, not to mention i would also have to texture.
Nevertheless, I think I will prime and paint since these foam boards are flammable.
I put on my task lists to rid foam from my garage tomorrow since I have been pack rat and saving them. After StickShift's post, I researched on "foam flammable".
