I think you're referring to icynene.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like a do-it-yourself product.

Their website is located at

Cool

We insulated our home in Greenville SC in the walls and floor with icynene foam and LOVE IT!!!! Our heating and cooling cost was about 1/2 our neighbors homes.
Some advantages:
1: Airtight walls, floor and ceiling. No air leaks around pipes or electrical.
2: Noise reduction from outside was great.
3: Quick installation by contractor. Not a DYI job.
4: Stays soft like a pillow, so flexs with house movement, won't settle or lose r-value.
5: Higher R-value per inch.

Disadvantages:
1: House can be too tight, indoor air quality problems. Might need an air exchanger.
2: Possible high moisture in house. Molds and yeast can become a problem, but not in the insulation itself. Mold need air circulation and a food source to grow, and the insulation offers neither.
3: Higher cost to install ( but you will get your money back within a few years ).

I am finishing a full basement in a townhouse in PA and will get the insulation on all the walls. This is good insulation for basements, due to open air cells, allows water to pass and dry out.
We did not do the ceiling at our house in Greenville, due to making house too tight, thus needing an air exchanger. I would now do the ceiling and get some means to refresh air quality.
Think in terms of your house being an ice chest/cooler. All heat or cold stays where you want it to. The stuff is great and you won't go wrong by installing it.
