I'm insulating a workshop shed. It is aluminum skinned with 2x4 walls and joists. On the ceiling I used R-19 rolled insulation. Not sure what to use on walls though.I have a window unit a/c and the shed faces east.Is R-11 good enough?The roof is aluminum as well.

Your post says you live in Florida, you might actually consider a Radiance barrier, much thinner and easier to install in your particular situation. That metal wall will transfer heat tremendously on a sunny day.
