insulatingnew home

I am having a new home built and the contractor had the insulation crew install yesterday. The roof is shingled but the siding is not installed. The exterior walls consist of plywood and some 1/2 inch celotex/insulation board.

We have had rain the past two days and when I walked through the home, I noticed the insulation is wet in some spots. With the vapor barrier already installed on the inside, will this cause a problem? Will the insulation 'dry-out' if the weather warms up over the next couple of days?

The drywall crew looks like they will start any day and my understanding is that the siding crew will start any day as well. I am afraid the insulation will eventually dry, but mold or rot will develop. Should my fears be expressed to the builder or is there nothing to worry about?

Regards,

I wouldn't let any drywall go up unless my house was water tight!
