Finished attic space insulation

I have a partially finished room with one wall being the roof...what is the best way to insulate this wall. I live in north Texas and it gets HOT!!

Thanks

I'm asuming the wall is finished and you have access either below or above the wall to the cavities between your rafters.

The easiest way to insulate this area is with one inch foil faced rigid fiberglass boards. The inch boards should make it flexible enough to slightly bend it into the cavities. Measure the length and width of the cavities and cut he board accordingly. Slide the board into the cavity and then back out about 2 feet. Apply caulking to the underside and slide the board back into place. This will hold the boards in place. Apply 2 more boards to the same cavity and then move on to the next.
