Question Outdoor Sweeper

Does anyone know if the Outdoor Sweeper 575504 sold on the diy store will sweep up hickory nuts?
The description says it will pick up "rocks, cans, leaves, grass, metal filings, wood chips and much more". We have several hickory trees in our back yard and a bounty of nuts from them. They reek havoc while mowing and walking is a hazard. Please let me know if anyone has purchased this item and if it will indeed pick up a dreaded hickory nut. Thanks a lot. I'm new to the site and appreciate your help.

I'm sure it would on solid surfaces but I doubt it will in grass. You could also try your shop vac in the grass. I know it may look funny to the neighbors but it works.

My father uses an old, wimpy shop vac to pick up crab apples. I think a new, powerful one would make short work of your hickory nuts.

Thanks to both you and Mattison's reply. I'm just desperate enough to go vacuum my lawn to get rid of the pesky nuts.
