Too late to plant?

I have some daylily and asiatic lily bulbs as well as some columbine plants that I haven't planted yet. In my area there is frost every night and day time high only about 40 F. Should I store these bulbs and plants in my cold room until spring or should I plant them now?

You don't say what your hardiness zone is so it's difficult to say when the ground will freeze. Bulbs should definately be planted now. You are probably better off planting the columbine now too as long as the ground isn't frozen.
