When to move seeds outside

I've planted a number of sunflowers in seed pots. They quickly sprouted and are growing fast. I live in Baltimore so we are still having pretty cold nights (at times). When is it OK to move them outside? I can put them on my porch but it is difficult to bring them back inside often. I want to limit moving them back and forth.

Will cool nights (40's) hurt or stunt their growth? When should I start to worry about temperature?

Thank you
Scott

Plant out when all danger of frost has past. You can check here.

seeds

Yes, wait until danger of frost has gone, which should be soon....usually around Mother's Day in the Midwest. Can't wait!
