I just repalced a new control valve and solenoid. Now the sprinkler heads in the zone are seeping, and won't completely shut off. The heads themselves are brand new as well. What could possibly be causing this?

Your valve that you replaced is not closing all of the way, or you replaced the wrong valve.
Shut off the water, check the solenoid again... loosen it then re-tighten it. Be careful how tight you make it because you can crack the valve.
Its also possible you got dirt or debris into the valve when you installed it. You will have to take it apart, clean it out carefully, then put it back together.

That was it.
The control valve had dirt, sand etc. in it. I disassembled, reinstalled and it tests fine. Thanks. I didn't think a new valve would get dirty that quickly. Lesson learned and thanks again.
