How to set watering zones?

We have two zones for the sprinklers, front yard and back. Currently it's set to water both zones twice a week. We want to add a third day for just the backyard zone. But the instructions and online materials seem to be poorly translated from Greek and I can't figure out how to do it. With all those little features, can't it separate the zones, or do one with a 0 duration?

It's an Orbit 57974 timer-controller thing. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

Flopshot is correct, the B program is on the right side and it sounds like you already know how to use program A. Just set the days, time to run and time for the one zone that you want on program B. They will both run (A & B).

Thanks for the replies! The B program, if I read the Chinese instructions correctly, is to set up watering on alternate days, while A goes by day of week. And the duration has to be the same throughout the week. So we kept it simple and have only the A program going 3 times a week, but for 10 min in front and 15 in back.

Orbit seriously needs to make their instructions clear. And their web site is just as bad!

Orbit makes inexpensive controllers, not good ones.

Well said!

Um... this now adds up to the 25 character minimum requirement for posting.
