rain/freeze sensor blown away

If rain/freeze sensor is blown away, will sprinkler continue to work as usual? In other words, will the clock continue to run?
How do I replace or get rid of the remaining parts?

Kind of a vague question.

Do you mean if the sensor is missing and just the wiring is there ?

Without the rain sensor most units will run as normal. The rain sensor causes the timer to abort the water processing.

If you want to replace the sensor, I'll need a make and model of your timer unit.
