How to get creeping charlie under control?

I feel like creeping Charlie is slowing taking over my yard. Noticeable difference in the amount in my yard between last year and this year.

What can I do to get rid of this stuff without killing my grass?

There several preparations made for the job. Contact your garden department or nursery. I believe Ortho makes one of the products.

OK, here's a picture. This is the front of the house, some areas are better, some are worse (this is about average).

My neighbor told me he uses weed & feed and it keeps it mostly under control. Should I just use that? He said I could borrow his spreader.

Weed and feed should help although any thing tailor made for the weed at hand is usually more effective. FWIW - I wish my yard was that green

A broad-leaf killer will work but should be applied very early in the season before the plant flowers.
After the flowers emerge the leaves develop a waxy coating that makes it difficult for any herbicide to penetrate the surface.

I didn't even know Creeping Charlie flowered until I started looking it up online...I've never seen flowers on any of the stuff growing around my house.

marksr- We've had lots of rain here!
