raised brick flower bed

I have a raised brick flower bed thats about 3ft tall 10ft long and 2ft wide along a house and is tipping into driveway. Looks like the mortar broke out at bottom and is tilted away from house. Looks like someone tried to repair with concrete but didn't work at all. I was wondering if something like this is salvageable or should I just rip it out and reside the house. I have photos but says error every time I try to upload them with my phone and thats where the photos are. Any help would be appreciated.
