Is this Crabgrass already?

I live in NJ. I did a 'pre-emergent' application of something from my garden center at the right time to prevent weeds, when the forsythia just started coming out. But alas my lawn is already FULL of dandelion, plaintain and.... this.

Is this crab grass? Isn't it too early for crab grass?

Thanks!

Im in NJ and already applied the second step weed and feed.. That there is mostlikey quackgrass as I have a few also.

Also about a dozen dandilions I have also. I spot treat these area with a herbicide spray.

Heck when it gets hot in a week or so ill be putting down the 3rd step summer survival..

Dont know what you bought but I use John greene products. These are pre and post emergent and IMO is way better then the scotts product. Scotts has too much nitrogen and requires lots of watering.

John green you can get away with less watering// Find locally to NJ..
