What kind of lawn grass is this?
I am trying to fix / patch my lawn, need to figure out what kinda of grass in this:
I live in San Diego and the house was build in 2005.
I am thinking tall fescue but not sure.

There are numerous websites that will help you determine what type of grass you have. Getting down to the specific type will require more than a couple photos. But if you just search for things like "identify grass" the sites will appear. You'll need to look at nit picky things like the base of the blades, blade width, tip shape and maybe even the seed head configuration. But some type of fescue is a good guess as it's a very common variety.
