Question Soggy Lawn

Ok I have a issue it seems; I have a tie wall at the back of my house, I noticed my lawn is a "spongy" well now I am noticing water coming to the top of the soil. So I dug a small hold & I see the water coming from under the wall, I think its coming from the spring that is up in the mountain behind the house, I already have 1 drain that was put here that routes water all the time, that the previous owner done.

So I am wanting to tie into this, its about 6 fee away from the main pipe, so what would be the best course of action to take to do this?,

You might dig a 2 x 2 foot hole and deep enough to collect water, but not collapse the hole and make a wood box with a drain line going where you would like. Probably a Google search about digging a spring for a water supply.....will give you better directions.
