Exclamation Improving my curb appeal

Hi all--just looking for some inexpensive thoughts on adding some curb appeal to my house. Thinking of listing for sale, so want to spruce it up a bit. Let me know if any thoughts...thanks!

Not clear. Are you asking about landscaping or siding? If landscaping, I'll move this.

When I lived in Massachusetts, we were able to grow a decent lawn; are you suffering drought conditions?

yes good point. this picture is a bit older but looks about the same. the drought is real--not much rain this year and i'm not living in the house so haven't been around all the time to water and watch the lawn--but maybe a little sod might not be a bad idea.

Landscaping would also cover how the exterior of the house looks, so I moved it here.

Yeah, my first thought was to improve the lawn.
