Rainbird ESP controller zone numbering
I had a Rainbird 12/13 zone controller - it had the default 4 zone and then 3 additional 3 modules.
The dial went bad and we went with the ESP-4Me controller with 22? zones?
I put the 3 modules from the old system in here and things are good, except that the numbering scheme is a bit off. rather than 1 - 12 numbering, It's 1 - 7, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19
The ESP-Me is capable of 6 zone modules. So it's skipping 3 zones for the additional modules.
Any way to get past that? I thought of selling the 3 zone units on ebay and buying a 6 zone module. other than that?

The included slot is 4 zones.
Each expansion slot is dedicated to 6 zones.
There's no way to "fool" it. You could purchase a six zone card and use a three.
That would give you 13 zones in order.
