Dimension (Dithiopyr) size/rates

Hi. For the past few years I've used Dimension as my pre-emergent (though I'm thinking of switching to Prodiamine this year, but that can be the subject of another thread...).

In any case, for the Dimension, I normally ordered 4 bags of this, Crabgrass Preventer with Dimension 10 lbs, for my 20,000 sq ft of lawn, as the package said each bag covers 5k sq ft.

However, in thinking about it more, each bag is only 10 lbs, that's only 40 lbs to cover 20,000 sq ft.

All other products with Dimension, such as https://www.pestrong.com/1538-dimens...ide-50-lb.html or https://www.lawnandpestcontrolsupply...=5423274590239, talk about using 4.6 lbs/1000 sq ft, which would be nearly 100 lbs for my 20,000 sq ft.

I don't recall from past years if the 10 lb bags above had a range on the back (as I wasn't as aware then as I am now, and in the past I would just look and see 5k coverage and go with 4 bags).

In any case, given that all of the above contain .25% Dimension, should I assume that I've been under-applying dimension (by about half) each year? Not to mention that those 10 lb bags are very expensive (i.e. to get 50 lbs would be 5 bags, or $130, vs. $75 elsewhere for a 50 lb bag)?

On a separate but related note, this product, https://www.domyown.com/hiyield-weed...ml?sub_id=1780, seems to have similar application rates, but only contains .125% Dimension. Wouldn't I therefore need a full 9.2 lbs to equal the same 4.6 lbs of the products above? That would be 184 lbs, so so 5.25 bags (35 lb bags) @ $47 each is $247...

Thanks for any help/thoughts/suggestions in obtaining the most reasonably priced Dimension for my 20k sq ft of lawn.
