Accounting: Pay-Per-Question site since JustAnswer is now subscription based?
I have an accounting question:
if I sell the remaining balance on my promissory note to a broker in return for a lump sum payment, is that lump sum payment considered capital gains (or requires me to pay taxes on it in any other way)? This would be in DC
I used to go to JustAnswer here and there for accounting, legal, medical etc questions but they changed the format a while back and though they say you can still pay-per-question, the only option to actually submit a question is to sign up and then cancel a subscription.
Is there another site where I can just submit the question and pay for the answer without signing up for something recurring (that I forget about until a charge shows up on my statement a month later)?

The only thing I can think of would be a tax attorney but I see the bill being fairly large in that case.
