Help installing IKEA wall lamp

Help, I'mm trying to replace an old bathroom lightbulb/outlet fixture with a new one from IKEA. The old light fixture has electrical outlet on bottom of light and Green White Black & Red wires. New IKEA light has White, Black and a yellow with a green stripe wire. This is not in amy of my electrical wiring books. Do I need to call an electrician?

Does the new fixture have a receptacle as the old one did? Is the fixture being installed in the country it was designed for? What do the instructions for the fixture say about hooking it up? You identified the wires on the old fixture, and the new fixture, but not the wires coming from the wall--what are they?

Most likely you're going to connect fixture black to wall red, fixture white to wall white, and fixture yellow/green to wall bare, leaving the wall black wire unconnected. But don't do that until we clear up the questions above.
