Insulating electric box for ceiling ligkts

I am remodeling my kitchen and replacing the ceiling light fixtures. I can get to the electric boxes for the fixtures through my carport attic. I would like to insulate the boxes to stop the intake of outside air. Any reccomendations would be appreciated.

Thanks

Well, I don't really know, but I'll make some guesses. Get the wiring in first, then you can seal it up with caulk or expanding foam. Just realize that too tight of a house is not really good for your health.

John, Thanks...Hmmm wonder where one draws the line between letting in outside air (raising heating and AC costs) and health. Do you Know anything about Energy Star ratings and how they are achieved?
