3 way switches and 3 wires in light

3 way switches and 3 wires in light

the 1st 3 way switch is in a box with 3 other switches all white wires in the box are connected together the black wire from the main power wire is connect the common screw of the 1st switch and a red and black off the of the other 2 screws and the white go to the light box the 2nd box also has a red black and red wire going to the light box but there is no switch installed i just bought 1 to put there in side the box all black wires are connected together 2 reds are connected 2 whites are loose in the which wires should i hook to the chandalier it has 3 big wire 1 small gauged wire and also what wire should go on the common screw of the 2nd switch

In the light box
Connect wire from 1st switch.
Black to white to 2nd switch
Red to red to 2nd switch
White to fixture white.
Black from 2nd switch to fixture black

At second switch black to common screw.
Red and white to traveler screws.
