Yet Another Ceiling Fan Wiring Question :-)

This site is great! Thanks in advance for helping me if you can! Here goes..
I am in a new condo with a room that has a rough-in for a ceiling fan/light. Upon removing ceiling plate I see one red wire, one black wire, one white wire, a bare copper wire and a green wire. The ceiling fan with light kit that I purchased has one black wire, one white wire and one black wire with white lines. The ceiling plate, that came with the fan, has a green wire attached to it. The wall plate has 3 switches: one dedicated to an outlet for a lamp, and 2 dedicated to the ceiling fan (one for the fan and one for the light).

Which wire connects to which wire?

Ceiling black to fan black.
Ceiling white to fan white.
Ceiling red to fan "black with white lines".
All bare and green wires together.
