Question Lights over my workbench

I'd like to add a couple of 4 foot floresent light fixtures over my basement work bench and have them on their own switch. There is a box with a light bulb in it just a couple feet away on the ceiling. How would I wire this to get the lights to work???

A much, much better solution is to replace the light fixture with a receptacle and plug the shop lights into the new receptacle.

They also have single bulb light fixtures with grounded outlets in them.
