Light Fixture Problem

I have a utility room with two light fixtures. There are two ways into the room. Each way in to the utility room has a light switch. The power feed is from one of the switches.
My problem is the swithches do not work at all times turning on and off the lisght fixtures. I need a wiring diagram on how the switches and lights should be wirer to work turning on and off the lights.

What do you mean exactly when you say that they don't work at all times?

Doesn't sound like you need a wiring diagram. If they ever work, then they aren't wired wrong. What you need is either new switches or better connections to the ones you have.

It sounds like one of his 3 ways may be mis-wired and have a traveller crossed with a common.
