Photocell Flourescent bulbs

Even though I thought I posted this before, I couldn’t find it to check it, which tells me I messed up on the first post. So if this is a repeat please forgive me.

After converting two outside Dusk to dawn/Motion Detector type fixtures to Photo Cell operation with Fluorescent bulbs, I burned out a bulb after about 4 weeks operation.
The Photocell modules are rated for Fluorescent operation and where working fine after I found they would fail (turn off) by receiving the light back from the bulb itself. So by making a half moon forward reflect shield, I had managed to alleviate that problem.

So the question would be, even though I have more confidence on the photocell module, I believe this to be a bulb problem. I have searched the net for 2 weeks and have found no Fluorescent bulbs rated for Photocell operation with a standard base. Is there such an animal rated about 5500K 20 to 25 watts?

Flourescent bulbs of most sorts don't like being turned on and off often, as a motion detector would.
