lamp part needed
I have a torch lamp that used 300watts T3 light buld. The eletrical part that holds the light buld and pass eletricity to the light buld is burn. I don't know what that part call. Any idea what it is called and where to find replacement.

It is called a socket. But you need to find out why it was burned in the first place, correct it and then replace the sockets. You may google torchiere lamp parts to find one.

Sounds like you have a mogul socket. It's easy to replace yourself. They usually have a leg underneath. First, unscrew the on-off switch. You can remove it by finding the recessed screw in the socket itself.
Unplug it first!
Then inspect it. They're usually porcelain sockets and last for years. If it needs replacement, your local lamp shop or home improvement store should have one.
It's easy to wire, a bit harder to reattach that leg. You just have to sink it right. You line it by eye, making sure the on/off switch is in front of the hole where the switch key will be.
Good luck.

A T3 lamp is a tubular usually halogen bulb.It does not use a mogul socket which is a large version of a "regular" screw base lamp socket.
The parts you are looking for are,I assume, the bracket like peices used to hold the bulb in place as well as make the electrical connection to it.The heat these bulbs put out is intense and can eventually damage these parts.
Honestly I do not know where you'd find just these parts.Possibly a lamp shop but in the end if it were me I'd replace the lamp. The parts are probably rivetted to the lamp and would be difficult to replace if you could find them.
