Constant clinking when fan is on

Dummy first time home owner question ... we have a ceiling fan installed by the previous owners. Nice fan but everytime it is turned on we get a clicking noise that coincides with the blades rotating. Originally sounded like the chain being hit by the blades but this is not it. Fan does look like it leans to one side and when it is held properly from underneath the noise does go away.

Anyone guess what the problem is? I thought I would ask before disassembling and reassembling / straightening. Maybe fixtures need to be tighened?

Couple of other things to check. Install rubber bands on the base of the light globes prior to screwing them tight. Glass on metal will cause noises. Check the tightness of the blade-to-fan screws. If it looks off balance, it probably is.
