Suggestions needed to replace chandelier in bi-level foyer

I have a bi-level house and wonder if anyone knows a relatively inexpensive way of reaching the chandelier. Would renting scaffolding be my only option? Would a multi-function ladder work? I'm looking at about a 15' ceiling height. Thanks.

if the spread of the ladder would fit, they are available up to 16 feet tall. If the ceiling is 15 feet high, I would think a 12 foot would be adequate.

Now the problem is; do you know anybody with a 12 or 14 foot ladder?

if not, the scaffold rental may be the best option unless you are really good with orange crates. (that will show you my age. oranges used to be shipped in wooden crates a long time ago)

there is a ladder called a trestle ladder which is basically an extension ladder with angled braces on the bottom. The ladder points straight up and is a PITA to work from but is an option (that I would ignore).

If you have the room. two ladders with a "pick" between them would provide the required reach as well. An approved (rated) 2x12 is acceptable as a pick.

Now if you want all the methods I have used....nevermind. I don;t want to be blamed for anybody getting injured doing stupid stuff like that.

then there is this method:
