Ceiling fan wiring

I am having trouble with my duel switch ceiling fan. When the fan switch is turned on the light goes out. When the light switch is turned on the fan stops running. Thought it might be the wiring but it seems to be right. I have 4 wires from the ceiling, 1 red, 1 Beige, 1 black and 1 ground I have 4 wires for the fan, 1 white, 1 Black, 1 Black and white, and 1 ground. Maybe i screwed that wiring up how would this combination be wired up. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normal wiring with your setup would be - Black to black, black/white to red, white to white, all grounds together. Your beige was originally white, use that one.
