My boss (also in MN) has a couple of low voltage 50 watt landscape lights shining on his flag that works pretty well. Easier to install due to the lighter code restrictions.

If you really want to go 120 volts maybe something like this: 9" Post/Deck Mount Support for Outdoor Light Fixtures or this: 19.5" & 26" Supports for Outdoor Light Fixtures and mount an outdoor light fixture head to them. You can find then by the weatherproof stuff.

I don't think LED's are quite there or have the brightness to shine 20'. If they are, it would be well over $100 per fixture.
