confused about spotlight or lamp

I want to use this green color bulb in a lamp or a spotlight, but also want the light to be intense enough from up to 2 to 5 feet away. It is an led light bulb (about the length of a toilet roll) but it is mentioned it should fit any lamp socket.

What I'm wondering is, are there any spotlights that really give off intense light, and would allow me to fit the new bulb on it. I know a lamp will work no question. Im just not too familiar with spotlight devices and if they are compatible with different bulb sizes/types.

Where will this lamp be located and what will be the end purpose?
