What is the difference between IC and ICT (as in Halo H1499IC and H1499ICT)?

This is as far as I can tell from the Halo site: 4" Incandescent Housings

The H1499IC is a "normal" can housing that has medium base socket.
The H1499ICT is low voltage and has a transformer that you feed on each housing. This uses low voltage lamps like the 50 watt MR16.
