no light, help please

Thought I'd should provide an update here. Got that light working. Noticed I'd been wiring the (never used) capacitor (the one that I ttook from the never used fixture in storage) not quite right. There's four separate terminals on the capacitor, two of each on separate sides of it, with three separate wires going to three of those tabs. The black wire running from the transformer to the cap is supposed to be on one of the cap sides by itself, while the other two white wires are supposed to be on the other two terminals of the cap side. I had one of the whites on the side with the black, and the other white on the other side by itself on one of the terminals of the two on the other side. Simple oversight on my part.
