Using America lights in Ireland
Hi,
I've seen light fittings I really like, but they are American lights which are 110-120v, whereas lights in Ireland are 220-240v. How can i use American lights in Ireland without using a transformer?
Can I re-wire them?
Does anyone know about the different light fittings?

It depends on the light and what bulbs it uses. Some simply need a plug adapter or change the plug on the end of the cord. Others like a fluorescent or LED light would be more complicated.
