Are decorative fixtures available that use a 4'x2' ceiling cutout size?

We have two 4'x2' recessed flourescent fixtures in the kitchen and want to swap them out with something much more decorative, so it doesn't look so industrial. Once I remove these fixtures there would be 4'x2' holes in the kitchen ceiling. So it would be simplest if decorative fixtures are available in this size, for example is there a 4'x2' fixture on the market that has a bunch of recessed light cans, or a grid of track lighting, or anything that would look more distinctive than the fluorescent bars? I'd like to be able to use the exact same rectangular holes in the ceiling instead of having to fix up the ceiling.

This is what the ceiling lights look like now:

The old 2x4 light fixture is pretty much a standard. Not much aftermarket to replace it. The two pics here are the only different things that I know you can do with that fixture size.

Drywall repair is not that had.

You will find you will get less light out of most fixtures you are thinking about installing there vs the fluorescent.
