lapp57: Christmas Lights Dim

just came home and noticed that sections of my outdoor LED lights have also dimmed out on two different strings. Electronically it doesn't make sense to me. These are store brand lights from Canadian Tire in Canada. I guess I should have spent a little extra for Noma.

Plug in each string individually to a receptacle not another string and see if you have one bad string.

Led's don't just go out, they slowly dim to nothing. Sadly, these light strings bought at big box stores seem to do this quickly.
