Red face ceiling fan buzzes when off or on

I have a new home (8 months old) when we moved in we installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom and worked fine. It recently stopped working, I think it was the remote that stopped working. Either way we took it down and exchanged it and replaced it with the same make and model (hunter, newbough) At first it seemed perfect until my dishwasher turned on. When the dishwasher is running there is a buzzing noise coming from the fan. The sound does not change when you turn the light or the fan on or off, only goes away when the dishwasher is finished. Is this a problem with the fan or electrical? Our old one never did this?

Is the dishwasher on a dedicated circuit? It would be surprising if it was on the same circuit as the fan but just need to verify if it is.

I turned the light on and then flipped the breaker marked dishwasher off and the light stayed on. So id say no they are not on the same breaker / circuit. But my dishwasher is finished running now so no more buzzing (until I have to run it again)

I've seen problems like this across one phase, or leg, of a service. Which breaker position is the breaker for your dishwasher in and which breaker position is the breaker for your fan/light combo in? You may also have a splice that could be made better in the wiring that was done when the fan was replaced.
