My wall only have 4 wires -

Which wire do should connect to which?
Thanks,
Jay

Welcome to the forums.
Is that one of the new GE timers ? Which model number ?
The GE timer comes with an instruction sheet that needs to be followed as it depends how your three way circuit is wired. You may have to also go to the other switch and make wiring changes there.

Yes, it is a GE SunSmart Digital Timer model 15312. The instructions for a 3 way only show hooking up 5 wires to 5 wires. For a single pole it shows excluding the red wire. I tried that too but it did not work.

If all you have in that junction box are the colors listed (and nothing else) then that timer will not work for you. You would need four wires and you only have three. Green/ground is not counted.
You may have to put the timer at the other end of the circuit.
