Factory Reset of a Lutron LCP 128 Lighting Panel
Is anyone out there familiar with the Lutron LCP panels?
I've got a 3-panel system here in which the Master panel has a bug that is firing off holiday events on previous holidays that have been deleted from the system. Friday, 11/22, everybody was rather annoyed when at 8 AM, all the lights in the building except those in hallways and stairwells turned off.
After checking breakers, switches, and finally the panel itself, I realized that is exactly what I've programmed to happen on a holiday, and 11/22 just happens to be the date Thanksgiving fell on last year. Even though I'd deleted the old holiday schedules last year when I added the ones for this year, the events still seem to live on as ghosts, i.e. no special events were scheduled for 11/22, but when I tried to add one, it wouldn't let me because there was already a schedule there (but not really).
So, since some holidays move around on the calendar and some don't, I now have a panel that exhibits some weird behavior around the holidays. I need to just reset the programming back to factory defaults and start over, as deleting the scheduled events only seems to remove them from display and doesn't delete the actual schedule.
Does anyone know how to factory reset an LCP 128? I've been through the installation and programming manuals, but there is no mention of a factory reset.

I've worked with some of their systems but don't recall delete scene/holiday not working.
I don't think you'd want to do a factory reset and wipe out all the programming.
Why not call them.... they have good customer service and 24 technical help.

I wouldn't mind wiping out all the programming anyway, I have a job coming up that will involve moving quite a few ckts from that system to an emergency panel anyway, so a clean start might be nice!
I'll give their tech support a try. I was leery of having them basically just hang up on me since I'm not the original contractor who installed the system.
