Can't figure out this mess...
Afternoon.
Canadian resident living in Ontario. Purchased a condo built in 1996 earlier this year. I am attempting to replace a light fixture, and frankly can't figure it out. I've done a fair bit of reading, but nothing seems to address how I should address this mess. So I thought I'd look here for answers.
The first image is an image of the box as it currently appears.

Image 2 is of the box and the fixture. I've tried to touch it up a bit.

And image 3 is the new fixture.

Remove the two white wires from the old lamp and twist them together. That's where you new white wire will connect.
The black wire of the fixture will go to the red wire in the box.
The two fixture green wires connect to the bare wire in the box.
The two black wires connected inside the box will remain untouched.
