Help with Light Fixture
I have a light fixture that seems to be a bit problematic. It's a simple two tube fixture. However, one tube isn't working. I've tried replacing the tube, to no avail. The other tube still works. However, at times it flickers. When I analyze the tube that is not working I do see the faintest bit of light at the corner when I turn the switch on. It's almost as if electricity is attempting to generate and work, but it isn't.
As a side note, this fixture does not have starters. Could it be the ballast? If it is the ballast, could I have one working tube?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums!
Yes, you could have one working tube. You could also have a loose or poor connection in the fixture
More information, such as the make and model of the fixture and/or some pictures of it might help us focus in on an answer.
