One can light was bumped, multiple won't turn on

I had can lights (approx 12) installed and have not drywalled yet. One of our kids was playing in that room and bumped/hit one the cans and it immediately went out, and another one in the room went out as well. They won't turn back on but do not look to be broken or damaged at all. Is this a safety feature? Any ideas on what could be going on?

Nope, sounds like you have a loose wire.

Welcome to the forums.

You may get to find out about the "push-in" connectors that come installed in most recessesd lights that are used in new work.

If the wires weren't pushed in solidly.... one may have come out.
