Remote ceiling fan- light won't work now with remote but fan will

I have a ceiling fan that is a Hunter model. It's remote controlled and doesn't have any pull chains. Just a remote. The switch needs to be ON and the light worked great as well as ceiling fan speeds. The lightbulb blew on one side. I changed it. Light works but won't with the remote now. Fan will but not the light. Any ideas?? I cannot run the fan at night because the light will stay on. Help.....

If the remote control will control the fan but not the light then it needs to be replaced.
